  • Veracyte in its acquisition of HalioDx, a French immuno-oncology diagnostics company
  • Aviva Vie in its minority investment in Funecap, a French funeral infrastructure and services company 
  • TA Associates in its acquisition of a 38% stake in V Plus SA, holding company of the Vivacy group, specialized in the development, production and distribution of hyaluronic acid-based products
  • Bridgepoint in its acquisition of CEP, the leading European protection insurance broker 
  • Ardian in its acquisition of a majority stake in the Santé Cie Group, a specialist in home medical assistance 
  • FRAIKIN in its acquisition of VIA Location, long-term rental with or without drivers car rental company 
  • Blablacar in its acquisition of Ouibus, a subsidiary of SNCF, France's leading coach company
