Nathan Sandals is an associate in the Boston office of Latham & Watkins. Mr. Sandals focuses his practice on white collar defense and investigations, complex commercial litigation, and securities litigation. Mr. Sandals previously clerked for Chief Judge Patti B. Saris of the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts.

Mr. Sandals graduated magna cum laude from Harvard Law School. While in law school, Mr. Sandals served as executive editor of the Harvard Law & Policy Review, represented the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in criminal matters as a student practitioner in the Essex County District Attorney’s Office, and was a member of the Board of Student Advisers. Prior to law school, Mr. Sandals served as a Legislative Assistant to United States Senator Richard J. Durbin of Illinois and United States Congressman Joe Sestak of Pennsylvania.
