Neil Campbell is an associate in the Corporate Department of Latham & Watkins' London office. Mr. Campbell’s practice focuses on private equity, advising on acquisitions, disposals, restructurings, and ongoing corporate advice.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Campbell was an associate in the private equity group at a Magic Circle firm.

Mr. Campbell co-authored the chapter “Partial Exits” in the recently published Private Equity Exits: A Practical Analysis.

  • Platinum Equity on the sale of Exterion Media
  • The Carlyle Group on the sale of Brintons Carpets Limited to Argand Partners
  • Permira on the acquisition of I-MED
  • Permira on the acquisition of Corin Orthopaedics and the bolt-on acquisitions of Global Orthopaedic Technology and OMNI Orthopaedics Inc.
  • EQT on the sale of Gullivers Travel Associates
  • Onex and Survitec on the acquisition of Wilhelmsen Maritime Solutions
  • CVC Capital Partners and Blackstone in their equity investment in Pi UK Bidco, in connection with Paysafe’s acquisition financing of iPayment, a provider of credit and debit card based payment processing services
  • A consortium led by Blackstone and CVC Capital Partners on its £2.96 billion offer for Paysafe Group plc, a leading global provider of end to end payment solutions; the deal represents the largest public-to-private deal under the UK Takeover Code since 2010 
  • Onex and Baring Private Equity Asia in the acquisition of the intellectual property and science business from Thomson Reuters for US$3.55 billion  
  • Onex Corporation in connection with its £1.35 billion acquisition of Parkdean Resorts, a leading UK operator of caravan holiday parks 
  • Emerson Electric Co. in connection with its US$1.2 billion sale of Leroy-Somer and Control Techniques, a manufacturer and supplier of alternators, drives, and motors to Nidec
  • Meda AB on its disposal of herbal extract manufacturer, Euromed S.A.
  • Merkle Group Inc. on the acquisition of Comet, a leading CRM technology consultancy
  • Motion Equity Partners on the part-disposal of Tokheim to Dover Corporation
  • Brintons Carpets Limited (a Carlyle portfolio company) on its bolt-on acquisition of Agnella
  • Carlyle Strategic Partners III on its £43 million public-to-private takeover offer for Nationwide Accident Repair Services, a listed accident repair services company
  • Findus and its shareholders (which include Lion Capital LLP, Sankaty Advisors, and a global investment firm) on the sale of Findus' continental European businesses to Nomad Foods Limited
  • Rhône Capital on its acquisition of Eden Springs, a leading water and coffee company and the subsequent bolt on transaction of Nestlé Waters’ HOD water business in five jurisdictions*
