  • Representation of a consortium led by Blackstone and CVC Capital Partners on its £2.96 billion offer for Paysafe Group plc, a leading global provider of end to end payment solutions. The deal represents the largest public-to-private deal under the UK Takeover Code since 2010
  • GTCR on its acquisition of Gorkana Group Limited, a top UK-based media intelligence and data insights provider
  • Cision, a portfolio company of GTCR, on the disposal of its UK operations
  • Houlihan Lokey on the acquisition of the investment banking operations of Leonardo & Co. NV (Leonardo) in Germany, the Netherlands and Spain, and its joint venture with the management team of Leonardo in Italy
  • Faerch Plast, a portfolio company of EQT, on its acquisition of Avro Holdings
  • Bank of America Merrill Lynch and JP Morgan on the issuance of US$250 million senior unsecured notes by Teleflex Incorporated
  • A financial adviser on the issuance of US$125 million convertible senior notes by Molina Healthcare, Inc.
  • Starman Hotels (a Lehman Brothers and Starwood Capital joint venture) in relation to its sale of Hotel Eden in Rome
  • Jefferies and Investec in connection with the placing of ordinary shares and acquisition of North American Piling by Keller Group plc
