Mr. Offsay represents film and television studios, production companies, networks and streaming platforms, digital media startups, investors, and other entertainment, sports, and media clients.

He helps clients navigate all stages of the business life cycle, from equity and debt financing to strategic arrangements to exit transactions, with particular experience structuring complex joint ventures.   • Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer in its joint venture arrangement with Mark Burnett and Hearst Productions to form the United Artists Media Group*
  • Participant Media in its joint venture with DreamWorks Studios and Steven Spielberg to form Amblin Partners
  • Univision Communications in joint venture arrangements to form the El Rey and Fusion networks, and El Rey in a joint venture with Vice Media*
