Riley Keenan is an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Latham & Watkins.

Mr. Keenan received his JD from Cornell Law School, graduating summa cum laude and first in his class. Mr. Keenan was an articles editor for the Cornell Law Review and a volunteer case worker for the Iraqi Refugee Assistance Project. After attending law school, Mr. Keenan clerked for Judge Carlos T. Bea of the US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and for Judge John D. Bates of the US District Court for the District of Columbia.

In 2012, Mr. Keenan received a BA with Distinction in History and American Studies from the University of Virginia.
