  • Stifel Nicolaus Europe as initial purchaser in 4finance S.A.’s US$525 million offer of US$325 million 10.75% notes due 2022 and as dealer manager in the associated tender offer and consent solicitation of 4finance S.A’s US$200 million 11.75% notes due 2019*
  • The underwriters in N&W Global Vending S.p.A.’s offer of €300 million 7% senior notes due 2023 and €100 million 7.00% second lien notes due 2023*
  • Helios Towers Finance Netherlands B.V. in the offer and consent solicitation of US$250 million 8.375% notes due 2019*
  • Cabot Financial Luxembourg II S.A. in its offer of €280 million 8.5% notes due 2021*
  • The underwriters in the Republic of Ghana’s US$1.5 billion offer of US$750 million 9.25% notes due 2022 and the associated tender offer of US$750 million 8.5% notes due 2017*
  • The Republic of Namibia in its offer of US$750 million 5.25% notes due 2025*
