  • EQT Partners in connection with the financing of the acquisition of IP-Only Group, a provider of fiber-based data communication services to consumers, enterprises, and the public sector in Sweden
  • Sisal Group (a portfolio company of CVC Capital Partners) in connection with the financing of its joint venture with Banca 5, an Italy-based bank, offering banking products and payment and transaction-oriented services
  • Funds advised by Triton and a wholly owned subsidiary of the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA) (the Consortium) in connection with the financing of the US$2.5 billion acquisition of IFCO, a leading global provider of reusable packaging solutions for fresh foods, serving customers in more than 50 countries
  • Onex in connection with the €1.3 billion IPO and refinancing of SIG Combibloc Group, a manufacturer and supplier of carton packaging and filling machines for beverage and food manufacturers
  • Nordic Capital in connection with the financing of the acquisition of Trustly, a leading direct payment provider
  • Blackstone and CVC Capital Partners on the financing for the acquisition of iPayment, a US based provider of payment and processing solutions for small and medium-sized businesses
