Tiffany M. Ikeda, a litigation and trial lawyer, represents businesses in a range of complex commercial disputes and bankruptcies.

Ms. Ikeda focuses on complex commercial litigation in state and federal courts, concentrating on entertainment and media, consumer protection, and product liability disputes.

She has extensive experience handling all stages of litigation, including taking cases through jury trial as co-lead trial counsel.

Ms. Ikeda also serves on the Advisory Board of the Western Center on Law and Poverty. In 2013, the Western Center recognized Ms. Ikeda as a Rock Star for her pro bono representation of low income tenants in a certified class action against the Housing Authority of the City of Los Angeles.

While in law school, Ms. Ikeda worked as an extern at the Criminal Division of the United States Attorney’s Office, Eastern District of New York. Ms. Ikeda also served as an extern with the Domestic Violence Bureau of the Queens County District Attorney’s Office.

Ms. Ikeda’s experience includes advising and representing:

  • A solar panel manufacturer in a putative class action alleging breach of express and implied warranties and a violation of the California Consumer Legal Remedies Act*
  • A major pharmaceutical company in actions filed by California counties alleging claims for public nuisance and violations of California false advertising and unfair competition law*
  • An international aerospace and defense company in an action to recover losses caused by a helicopter crash at the client’s facility*
  • A major oil company with respect to the Deepwater Horizon Gulf of Mexico oil spill, including on litigation and settlement matters*
  • A national financial institution in a putative class action involving claims for breach of contract and unfair competition violations*
  • An amusement park in Proposition 65 litigation involving sufficiency of warnings related to brass objects*
