Trevor Lavelle, an associate in the Houston office, represents both issuers and underwriters in capital market transactions, including high yield offerings and initial public offerings, and assists clients in both public and private company mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. In addition, he advises companies on their general securities law compliance and corporate governance efforts.

 

Mr. Lavelle’s representative experience includes advising:

  • Emerge Energy Services in its US$128 million initial public offering
  • Underwriters and initial purchasers in the US$257 million initial public offering and US$157 million offering of senior notes by SunCoke Energy Partners
  • Access Midstream Partners in multiple offerings of senior notes and common units
  • Initial purchasers in the US$550 million offering of senior notes by CST Brands
  • Initial purchasers in the US$300 million offering of senior notes by Memorial Production Partners
  • Tesoro Logistics in multiple offerings of common units
  • Underwriters in the US$300 million offering of common units by NGL Energy Partners
