Zulf Bokhari is a partner in the Finance Department and a member of the Banking Practice. He regularly represents leading commercial and investment banks in the syndicated loan markets.

Mr. Bokhari’s primary practice involves the structuring and syndication of senior credit facilities, including acquisition, recapitalization, bridge, working capital, and other domestic, cross-border, and multicurrency financings. His clients include several global banks and financial institutions. He was recognized in Chambers USA 2017-2019 for his work in Banking and Finance and The Legal 500 US 2011-2015 in Finance: Bank Lending (including other sources of financing). Crain’s Chicago Business has recognized Mr. Bokhari among the Most Influential Minority Lawyers in Chicago.
