Latham counsels Australian and international clients on some of the largest and most significant deals with an Australia nexus.

We advise on both inbound and outbound investment activities, drawing on more than two decades of experience helping clients with a broad spectrum of matters with an Australia nexus, including bank finance, capital markets offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and project development and finance. In that time, Latham has advised on many of the Australian transactions that set new precedents in the Asia-Pacific market.

We advise clients across the full range of industries, including technology, oil and gas, industrials and manufacturing, retail, and mining and metals. Our team collaborates with leading local firms in Australia, delivering integrated legal advice to clients on transactions governed under both English and US law.
